You have the right to change your mind (withdrawal period)
You have 14 days to change your mind. If you decide to exercise this right, you must return the product to us at your expense to the address below within 14 days from the date of receipt of your product (postmark as proof) .
Upon receipt of the product, it will be examined by our consumer service to verify its new condition (verification carried out between 24 hours and 48 hours from receipt of the product by our service). Depending on its return, the refund will be made within 24 hours.
However, please note that we do not accept:
-damaged or already used products-incomplete returns
-products returned without labels or packaging.
